                概述

                Overview

                JZL/ZF蒸發冷式冷凝器用風機是采用新材料、新工藝的軸流通風機,具有效率高、噪聲小、結構簡單、重量輕的特點,No9.0以下的葉輪采用機翼型扭曲葉片,由鋁合金壓 力鑄造而成,其中No8.0和No9.0葉片可采用復合纖維材料。No9.0以上的葉輪采用機翼型中空擠壓鋁合金葉片,鋼輪轂。其中 No10.0~No15.0可采用復合纖維材料和碳纖維葉片,鋁合金輪轂。采用熱浸鋅風筒、防潮耐低溫電機。
                JZL/ZF evaporative condenser fan is an axial-flow fan made from new materials and new technology, and has the features of high efficiency, low noise, simple construction and light weight. Impellers below №9.0 are manufactured with wing-type twisted blades, which are made of aluminum alloy by die casting. №8.0 and №9.0 impellers may be made of composite fiber blades. Impellers above №9.0 are manufactured with wing-type hollow extruded aluminum alloy blades and steel wheel hubs. №10.0-15.0 impellers may be made of composite fiber blades, with aluminum alloy wheel hubs. Hot-dip galvanized air duct and moisture-proof and low-temperature resistant motor are available.

                葉輪組:№9.0以下葉輪為壓鑄鋁合金葉輪,№8.0、№9.0也可采用復合纖維材料葉片?!?.0以上葉 輪為組合輪轂、擠壓鋁型材葉片,№10.0~15.0葉片可采用復合纖維材料和碳纖。

                主體風筒:由鋼板制成,采用模具翻邊,有法蘭圈加強。材料為普通鋼板熱浸鋅或不銹鋼。

                支撐架:將風機專用電機支撐于風筒中,使風筒與葉輪間隙均勻。

                接線盒:材質為高強度尼龍或鑄鐵。

                出線方式:在風筒上安裝接線盒或電機帶接線盒。

                結構類型:管道型(或按用戶尺寸加工)。

                電機:電機為制冷風機專用防潮耐低溫三相異步電動機,鑄鐵殼,防護等級IP55,電壓可 220V~660V,頻率50Hz或者60Hz,電壓頻率還可以根據客戶要求制定。

                防護網:風機出口加護防護網,表面熱浸鋅或清洗。

                Impeller assembly: Impellers below №9.0 are made of die-cast aluminum alloy, while №8.0 and 9.0 blades are made of composite fiber. Impellers above №9.0 are combined wheel hubs with extruded aluminum profile blades, while №10.0-15.0 blades are made of composite fiber.

                Main air duct: Made of steel plate, flanged by die and reinforced by flange ring. Common steel plate or stainless steel, hot-dip galvanizing.

                Support frame: Support the fan motor in the air duct to make the clearance between the air duct and the impeller uniform.

                Junction box: Made of high strength nylon or cast iron.

                Wiring method: Install junction box or motor junction box on the air duct.

                Structure type: Pipeline (Or machine according to the size required by the user).

                Motor: Moisture-proof and low-temperature resistant three-phase asynchronous motor for cooling fans, cast iron shell, IP55. 220V-660V/50Hz or 60Hz, customizable based on customer demands.

                Protective net: Provided at the fan outlet, surface subject to hot-dip galvanizing or cleaning.

                規格:本系列為普通低壓軸流通風機,依葉輪直徑的大小分為5.6、6.3、7.1、8.0、9.0、10、12、12.5、13、14、15、 16、18、20、22、24機號。

                傳動形式:電動機直接與葉輪聯結。
